Hidden Opportunities on your Service Drive.

Prospecting for inventory on the service drive is in high gear, but if you are only using your CRM to find prospects, you are missing over half of the opportunities. 

According to NADA statistics, over 60% of your service customers did not purchase their vehicle from your dealership, so you have an untapped pool of Unsold Service Customers (USC).  

We have found that most dealerships have not correctly integrated these USC’s into their CRM process, so they are virtually invisible if you are prospecting for inventory on the service drive.  

TIP: All CRMS can integrate your data; contact a database expert to ensure that your CRM is set up correctly.  (your CRM provider most likely is not who to call because they should have already done this)
